The ZAGG family of brands which include ZAGG and mophie branded products (hereinafter "Company" or "We") is committed to the protection and proper use of personal information. What We Collect & How We Collect It

- Browsing Information, Logs, Device Information: When you visit one of our websites, we may process information about your activities on our website through the use of technology such as cookies, web beacons, IP Address, and other tracking technologies, as further explained herein below. This information may contain Personal Information and statistical information. We may collect device-specific information (such as hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network Information, including your mobile phone number). We may record or log information from your devices, their software, and your activity accessing or using our Website. This information may include: IP address, device ID numbers, system activity, location preferences, date and time stamps of transactions. Providing this information is not mandatory and cookies can be disabled. If necessary for our marketing, promotion, and performance objectives, which may include name, address, email address, birthday and month, and browsing behavior, may be shared on need to know basis to third-party affiliates that are acting on our behalf or as a service to us, such as for purposes of eCommerce platform transactional and marketing functionality, email and product recommendations, product ratings and reviews, website analytics, paid media, marketing, and advertising. We may also disclose or make available Personal Information to a third party for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. For example, our mophie.com website is hosted by Shopify who processes data when you visit and/or purchase product on our online store and which includes providing services based on your interactions with other merchants and Shopify. In order to provide online services to you, Shopify and other third parties who receive your information may be located in other countries. - Service Providers. We may rely on third-party service providers to host and provide certain features of our websites, to provide transaction support to us, and/or product support services to you, such as payment processing, return/replacement, and warranty claims. We only share Personal Information that is necessary to service the transaction. This information includes, as examples, name, address, credit card information, email address, and purchase histories and may be provided to a virtual third-party chatbot where initiated by you.
- Business Purposes. If the information is non-Personal Information (from which individuals cannot be identified, and which do not relate to individuals) in aggregate form, and the disclosure is for business purposes, such as consultants and advisors to Company, then we may disclose such data.
- For the Protection of Company and Others. If Company, in good faith, determines that you have used the service to menace, threaten, harass, intimidate or otherwise deceptively pose as another person, or in any other way in violation of law, we may disclose. - Corporate Transactions. If a third party acquires all or substantially all of the assets of, or ownership interest in, Company whether by merger, acquisition, reorganization or otherwise, Company may transfer its database, including all Personal Information contained therein, to the third party.

How We Protect It
Company stores all information in state-of-the-art physical storage facilities and cloud storage which may result in your Personal Information being transferred, stored and processed outside of your state, territory, province, or country of residence or region. Subject to the requirements of applicable local law, we implement policies and processes designed to ensure a globally consistent level of protection. In addition, where required by law we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

If you are receiving promotional emails from ZAGG or mophie and would like to “Opt-Out” of receiving promotional emails from one or both brands, please click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any promotional email or contact us via email at privacy@zagg.com, subject line “Opt Out.” Your subsequent disclosure of Personal Information nullifies any prior Opt-Out or Data Deletion request. The Company does not discriminate against those who opt-out or request data deletion. Mobile Messaging
ZAGG offers mobile alert programs (the “Mobile Messaging Services” or “Services”) offering its customers the opportunity to receive information regarding marketing messages, new product releases, and cart reminders by SMS message as well as information pertaining to order confirmation and shipping notifications. Cookies enable personalization of your experience on the Mobile Messaging Services (e.g., sending you personalized SMS messages such as cart reminders). Mobile Terms & Conditions – Marketing Messages
The ZAGG family of brands include ZAGG and mophie branded products, as such, should you agree to accept mobile messaging, the following terms and conditions from ZAGG apply. If you do not agree, please do not sign up for mobile messaging.
ZAGG offers its customers mobile alerts regarding marketing messages, new product releases, and cart reminders by SMS message (the "Service") on 205104 for ZAGG, and 253978 for mophie. By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service
Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. Before the Service will start, you will need to agree to these Terms. ZAGG reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.
By opting into the Service, you:
A. Authorize ZAGG Inc to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).
B. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
C. Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt in. It is a violation of ZAGG policy to use another’s mobile phone number to opt-in to the Services. In opting-in, you represent and warrant, under penalty of perjury, that the mobile number you used to opt-in is yours. It is also a violation of this policy to opt-in any third party without their express, written consent.
D. Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free paper or email copy of the opt-in or to update our records with your contact information, please call 1-801-263-0699. To view and retain an electronic copy of these Terms or the rest of your opt-in, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with Internet access, and (ii) and either a printer or storage space on such device. Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement with your wireless carrier or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data, or other charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc.) as a result of using the Service.
Supported carriers are AT & T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, nTelos, MetroPCS, and other smaller regional carriers. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. ZAGG may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. ZAGG Inc and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.
To Stop the Service
If you are receiving promotional text messages or text messages related to event information, product launches, or cart reminders, from ZAGG and would like to "opt out" of receiving these texts, please text "STOP" to 205104. If you are receiving promotional text messages or text messages related to event information, product launches, or cart reminders, from mophie and would like to "opt out" of receiving these texts, please text "STOP" to 253978. Be sure to send the text from the phone number that is listed in your account and on which you are receiving the promotional texts. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that ZAGG and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from ZAGG through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.
